Extraction
It is an ancient tradition that has become a specialisation through research and innovation in systems and production processes. Maceration, infusion, pressing, distillation, and concentration are the technologies that support the production of a wide range of natural extracts.

Rectification
From the ancient steam distillation to vacuum rectification, and molecular fractionation, the process of working with peppermint essential oil has positioned the company in a prestigious place among peppermint essence producers, particularly of the Piedmontese Peppermint.

Storage
Over 90,000 litres of extracts rest in stainless steel tanks, awaiting the right degree of maturation to ensure the best organoleptic performance.

Composition
Thousands of formulas, from ancient recipe books to the latest creations, fuel the composition processes: meticulous procedures, strict computerised control, the experience of the composer, ongoing checks during production and on the finished product, are a guarantee of maintaining quality standards.

Maraschi & Quirici is equipped for the production of KOSHER FLAVOURS certified by the ORTHODOX UNION.
The high level of competence and specialisation in production in line with FDA regulations enables the company to provide alcohol-based flavours certified by the TTB for the US market.

The Quality Control manager is always involved by Research and Development in innovation projects, the adjustment of production processes, and the search for new flavouring sources.
The company makes use of a modern and well-equipped Analysis laboratory, as well as accredited external laboratories.
